Jeffery Ng, Cathay Land president, said the five condominium buildings – called the Golf View Terraces – will be built on a two-hectare lot. The first building, now under construction would cost P250 million. "We are proud to have begun construction of the first of five GVT buildings which is the next logical step after we have opened the golf course," Ng said. Earlier, Cathay Land announced that its 18-hole golf course inside the 500-hectare Golf City, an integrated residential community, has been completed. Ng said the Golf View Terraces is generating strong interest because of its unique architecture and location, particularly from expatriates who would like to live in a condominium unit facing a golf fairway. The Golf View Terraces consists of a mix of one to three-bedroom layouts that come in standard or loft units. Prices range from P5 million to P12 million depending on the unit type. The first Asian style five-story condo has only 30 units so that residents could have spacious surroundings. Ng said that the first condominium is almost fully sold out so they will be launching two more buildings soon. "On top of this, all South Forbes lot and condominium unit owners are entitled to free golf membership at no activation fee," Ng said. - GMANews.TV
