This is the reason why Megaworld Corporation has shown remarkable foresight by identifying other great potential locations. Megaworld’s chief planners have identified one site with many strategic strengths. The new McKinley Hill is located at the emerging Fort Bonifacio area. These elegantly themed projects appeal to a broad base of citizens: the senior manager harvesting his gains, the urbane young family, the weekend warrior, and the mobile professional. The first salvo is One World Square, an 11-story building with 30,000 square meters of prime office space and the unique concept of varying floor plates.
