Parkmall is the first development of Golden Great Value Properties, the commercial center company of the Cebu Oversea Hardware Group, one of the biggest in its category.
This upcoming mall is Cebu’s biggest value shopping destination – about 30,000 square meters of choices, situated in a six-hectare land expanse in 168 Ouano Avenue, Mandaue Reclamation Road, Mandaue City. After the completion of the lagoon development of Ayala Center Cebu, which is expected by March or April, Cebu Holdings Inc. (CHI) will kick off another expansion plan of the shopping mall area pursuing the original plan of developing the Cebu Business Park’s (CBP) 9.6 hectare super block.
In an interview with CHI president and chief executive officer (CEO) Francis O. Monera, he said that the Phase 2-B project .will be pursued by the company next year, starting with a study on how to develop a concept for another shopping mall expansion CHI is going to finish its P850 million expansion project of Ayala Center including the completion of the Ayala Center expansion building, and the transformation of its lagoon area to a chic Food and Beverage (F&B) strip. |

PAGCOR City is the name of a Las Vegas like gaming and entertainment complex that PAGCOR is planning to build on 8 km² of land on the reclamation area of Manila Bay. The project is expected to include between $15-20 billion of investment over three phrases.
The first phase could include up to $10 billion of investment and take two years to complete. One of the major locators is the Bagong Nayong Pilipino, which was allocated with 15 hectares of land and already broke ground, which decided to move into PAGCOR City after the closure of its old site in Pasay City due to the construction of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. |
