Cebu Condotel project in Philippines a first for Filinvest Land |

 CEBU CITY, Jul 22, 2008 (Asia In Focus via COMTEX) Philippines-based real estate developer FILINVEST LAND INC. has developed its first condotel project in Cebu province, a move that will help address the growing demand for hotel rooms in Cebu in the next five years or so. The development of the multi-million-peso 25-storey Grand Cenia Condotel and Residences of Filinvest started Sunday.
A company statement said early buyers can get as much as a P40,000 (US$913) discount while residential condo buyers can avail themselves of as much as P120,000. The two products offered by the Grand Cenia Condotel are residential and condominium for short and long term leases.
