Solariega is Davao's first subdivision with CCTV
Tuesday, 01 April 2008 11:25
SOLARIEGA adds another feather to its cap as the first and only subdivision, called Solariega Prime, in Davao City to have the Close Circuit Television (CCTV) integrated in its security system.

Also known as the only professionally managed subdivision in the city, Solariega continues to enjoy its well-deserved reputation as the most-admired Caribbean-themed community as it continually develops programs that further enhance its status and upgrade its value proposition. The Closed Circuit Television system, installed by Prime, Home Channel Network's sister company and division of Emerging Technologies Inc., is now operational and bolsters Solariega's central security system.

It gives homeowners a well-placed sense of security since they are able to view visitors first before allowing them entry.

Prime gives Solariega an edge not only in security, but also with other value added services that are part and parcel of Solariega Prime, such as cable TV, community channel, Goods to Go channel, and soon, direct access to high speed Internet connection.

"Not only is Solariega Davao's first and only professionally managed subdivision, it is now also the first and only subdivision in the city that has an integrated CCTV security system. In fact, Solariega is the first on both accounts in the whole of Mindanao," said Myra Lynn R. Gilig, general manager of Communities Philippines Davao, developer of Solariega and other prime subdivisions in Davao such as Toscana and Positano.

Solariega Prime offers Solariega homeowners over 30 cable programs in its Home Channel Network at the lowest price in town, while the community channel, called Solariega channel, is dedicated to the community's internal announcements and updates, keeping every homeowner abreast of the goings-on in their subdivision.

Another innovative feature is the "Goods To Go Channel" that allows homeowners to shop for grocery items from the comfort and convenience of their homes.

Solariega Prime is designed to suit the preferred lifestyle of Solariega homeowners and is a product of the abiding commitment of Communities Philippines to continually upgrade its products and services in real estate development.

Communities Philippines is one of the country's real estate market leaders, along with Brittany Corporation, Camella Homes, and Crown Asia, all of which are subsidiaries of Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., the biggest homebuilder in the Philippines.
